When we say “actual order” we mean your name, mailing address, email address and what you ordered. We do not keep or store any credit card numbers. When it comes to your email address, unless you give us permission, we will not contact you with anything that is not directly related to your order. Unless you subscribe of course, which you can do at checkout. You can also unsubscribe at any time.

Our Payment Portal Is Stripe
Our third party payment portal is Stripe. Stripe has their policy which you can review with them. However, here is brief information about Stripe: They were founded in 2011, Stripe is a popular payment processing and merchant services company. It is accredited with the Better Business Bureau and (as of this writing) maintains an A+ rating. Stripe offers a global payment system that can accept over 135 currencies.
At www.JeanetteAcevedo.com, we only accept the US dollar. If we ever decide to offer our products internationally, we are pretty confident that we will expand our merchant account with Stripe.
Shipping Policy
We will typically ship out orders within 24-48 hours after an order has been placed and funded. Our office is in Florida, so keeping hurricane season in mind, we may not be able to honor this shipping policy during hurricane season. However, we will let you know via email when and if this is the case.
We attempt to ship all orders via USPS, first class mail. On occasion UPS will be used. However, we will inform you via email with the manner in which we are sending out your package. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you know when you can expect your package.
Returns & Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email within 14 days of the receipt of your merchandise with any situations or concerns.
Although we are a small enterprise we honor you and your business. We will attempt to correct any issue with a replacement, exchange or refund. However, please note, when you make your purchase, those items that are non-refundable.

We use this information to perform checks and balances as to how our SEO is functioning and to determine which are the items on our website that are top sellers. If you are a subscriber, at times you may receive discount coupons or a free gift from us via email or USPS as our appreciation for being a loyal customer.

You can opt out of our email campaigns at any time. No hard feelings. Stop by and check out what’s new anytime you want, you never have to be on our email list if you don’t want to.

At any time and with a written request we will share with you; once you verify who you are, any information we have about you and your orders.

When you pay for your purchase it will be through Stripe (which is the payment portal we use – information above). Stripe will collect your payment data through their terminal. We are happy to provide you with their contact information in the case you have an issue with their services.

Sanitary Conditions
We maintain a clean working environment. There is no eating, drinking or smoking in or around the work area. We also have no pets in the area (even though we love our furry friends). Further, if anyone is sick they will not be allowed to work on any apparel, accessories, packing or shipping. We attempt to reduce the sharing of germs in as many ways as we can.

About The Clothing
HTV is Heat Transfer Vinyl and it is vinyl that is used to decorate apparel, bags and other material goods. HTV is durable, flexible and light weight. HTV is perfect for cotton shirts.
It is recommended that you turn your apparel inside out before you wash it. You can hang dry your item to give it a longer life or you can dry it on low (again inside out) making sure not to burn the item in the dryer.
Some of the tee shirts that you will find here are sublimated. This is a process that is both beautiful and limited. It’s beauty is that the colors are and remain vibrant wash after wash. It’s limitations are that sublimation works best on material that is at least 65% polyester, with 100% polyester bringing forth the most vibrant colors on the apparel.
Waves in the design sometimes happens with sublimation. The waves sometimes give the design a very interesting look.
It is not recommended because the design will start to wash out immediately. Although you may have a vintage look after the first wash, over time it will continue to fade. We have tried several products to sublimate on cotton however, nothing has been able to provide longevity. Therefore, we do not offer sublimation on cotton.
